Warning- Poppy diaper question need help pls

Sorry for the pics,

DD was on similac advance but she was pooping after every feed, developed a diaper rash and because of the excessive pooping I was unable to get rid of her rash... so I changed her milk to similac sensitive now she only goes 2-3 times a day and her rash is gone thank god. But she just did this. She’s 6 weeks. Usually her poop is the mustard yellow color and thicker. Now it’s yellow/green and loose I just wanted to know if it was normal?
