22 weeks not feeling right

I wondered if anyone had these symptoms i have had weakness and dizzy spells along with very bad nausea all of a sudden its hit strong past 2 weeks baby is fine i been to hospital and they did nothing. My dr just drew blood today waiting to here back. I feel like my blood suger drops alot but it was high at the hospital for not eating for several hours. So im confused. I had cholestasis with my 2nd and preclampsia but all that was way closer to the end of pregnancy. I want everything to come back normal..but part of me wants to feel better and enjoy this pregnancy in hopes they find somthing small that cab be fixed
