My 7wk old LO is spitting up a large portion of milk today and as a result wanting to eat all day. She’s EBF and I haven’t changed anything in my diet. She spits up a ton already but today she spits up so much she’s immediately hungry again. It’s been all day like this.shes literally drenched three medium sized receiving cloths in the last hour. She’s also been sleeping more today too.

I’m feeding her upright and keeping her upright for 20mins after (but she’s spitting up in the middle of her nursing session). I’m stopping her while feeding in case my flow is overwhelming her (I am literally spraying when I take her off). I can tell she’s drinking fast but she always does. I’ve done some burping in the middle of the session to help with gas but she just spits up a bunch so I’ve been trying to just force her to take breaks.

Anything I’m missing? Any other tips? Do you think she has a stomach bug? She seems otherwise normal except being hungry fussy.

Edit: I have been giving her gerber soothe probiotics for the last 5 days. Last night I gave it to her during a night feed and might have accidentally dropped more than the recommended 5 drops on your nipple. But I find it hard to believe that’s the cause.
