Late night snacks!

Alright ladies, I am trying hard to lose weight and I do great until about 8pm. I then all of a sudden become starving! I have tried going to bed but my growling stomach keeps me up!

Trust me, I am definitely getting enough calories during the day, but this late night snacking is holding me back from reaching my weight loss goals because I don’t just snack, I over indulge.

What do you like to snack on? I need some ideas!
