Scared

My lines are so dark & according to my dates i’m only 4 weeks 2 days. 1st test is 5 days before af was due, clearblue test is 3 days before af is due, & last test is from this morning 1 day before af is due. I can’t stop worrying because of my cramping & back pain. They come & go. I’m terrified because of a previous chemical (may 2020) & missed miscarriage (february 2020)😞😞😞 i had both of these symptoms during the previous two pregnancies

Does anyone have any advice on what i can do to help with pain?
