Is this ok?
So, for context, I had a baby December 2018 and was breastfeeding up until a few months ago. What I thought was a period returned in February, and we decided to start trying for another baby. Despite having bleeding, I couldn't locate my LH surges and the "periods" were all over the place. I went to the gyn in July for an ultrasound and ended up having an endometrial biopsy. She suspected that I want having actual periods because my endometrial layer was very thick and that's likely why I couldn't pinpoint any ovulation. She put me on a 10 progestin pill to shed the layer. My biopsy came back non-cancerous, but showed inflammation, so she also put me on 14 days of doxycycline also. I started a withdrawal bleed three days after finishing my progestin and that lasted for 8 days, but it was a light bleeding with only bright red or pink watery blood. About a week after that finished, I had 4 more days of bleeding that was all old blood. I figured that was just the last of my layer.
I still haven't pinpointed an LH surge since all of that and now I'm bleeding every time I sneeze. I also have moments of feeling like my uterus is going to fall out in addition to bouts of fatigue and nausea. Is this a normal, or do I need to go back in before my follow up in October?
