Desturbing dreams

Ok so my mom passed away about 6 years ago. I still dream either I'm trying to save her (She was in a nursing home because she had MS and got sick a lot and I would have to make them send her to the hospital) or she's mad at me for some reason, or she leaves me , or she's talking to me like she's fine. Then it transitions to something with my older sister who's been abusive to Then something about my boyfriend who i love very much getting mad at me or leaving me. Sometimes I also dream about the sexual abuse that happened to me by a guy who I thought was a friend. It make me wake up terrified and scared.
