So, this isn’t baby related-I just need to vent. We have had our vacation planned for the end of September since June, when we both requested time off. (We are using PTO) Th e PTO has been approved by both of our employers. Well. Today, my husbands boss tells him that something has been scheduled for a day while we’re on vacation, and if hes not there, he’ll be fired!!! Like, wth?! They asked “Can’t you just switch the week?” UHM! This is a beach vacation we’re talking about! Everything is totally booked (believe me, I’ve been looking), and we got the most bomb ass house that is completely booked every other week as well! I know this seems silly-but our kids have been bored to death, all trapped in this townhouse since COVID began, and this was going to be their outlet. We all deserve this! I’m just heartbroken. Ugh.
