Self help recommendations?
Hey guys,
You guys have helped me out more than I can count but im really struggling right now. My mental health has been at an all time low and I really need tips on things you guys do to help yourselves feel better. It doesn't matter if its only something to help distract me. I just need something to help me feel better about everything or at least something to look forward to tomorrow. This is getting so hard and I just wanna feel like a bad bitch again that has some control of the things happening in my life. Any support would really help right now.
