No, but I’m a SAHM. I certainly see why some parents don’t have a choice, and I don’t think it’s terrible to send them by any means. We have to continue to support our families and live our lives to some extent. You can only do what you can do. I hate to see parents struggling with this so much and feeling like they are failing if their kids go to daycare or school.

Yes and no. My 10 year old wants to go back and I work in her school so we are going back together.  16 year old opted to stay home when we learned they are doing “octomesters” meaning they do ONE course a day for a month-ish, in 2 cohorts ... group A goes 3 days a week while Group B stays home then goes the other 2 days. The calendar looks a hot mess with an exam every month-ish.

YEP. My son went back August 5th and is even doing sports. They have to wear masks/face coverings in school and at practice. So far, there haven’t been any cases of Covid.

Not right now. I’m on Mat Leave with my 2nd until May. If I didn’t have a 2nd child then my 1st would be in daycare while my husband and I worked

Yes, my 2 kids (1 year old and 3 year old) have been back in daycare/preschool since June. No issues and they are both so happy to be socializing again!

Yup. I’m a teacher, and we start Monday, so my girls have been in daycare for two weeks.
