Dont think this is a normal period.. ladies help me please figure this out..

So i had a miscarriage the 1st and the 27th i started what i thought was a period it was random i wasnt due til sept 4th 🤷🏽‍♀️ who knows

But i been feeling cramps and got realll bad lower back pain like someone is stepping on it or jabbin idk 🥺 feel lightheaded my period is extremely heavy like its a lot clots like a lot... i really dont know what to think.. or what to say what would the doctors say?
