Implantation vs Period Cramps??

Hello Lovely Ladies!!

I have a dilemma for the past few days I’ve been having a dull ache on the right side of my lower pelvis region. Now, I’m very in tune with my body so I know that prior to getting my period I always get period cramps whether heavy cramps or light cramps, but this time it doesn’t feel like period cramps just like a dull ache. I’m 11dpo today, cycle day 28, I took a cheap pregnancy test and it was negative.

So my question is, how many of you have had a similar situation and ended up getting a positive pregnancy test?
