Look down there?

I’m 3 weeks 3 days PP- I know everyone says to not look down there but I did. It’s so wide open and loose! Does anyone else have this issue this far out from birth?? It’s scary and doesn’t look at all like what it did before- like I can see everything up in there. Will it go back? Should I be concerned/call the doc? 😰😥😭

It will slowly go back but you can improve waaay faster if you do kegels everyday. I started the day after delivery, I do some repetitions of slow and fast contractions every time I breastfeed and everything is pretty much back as before. I am 1 month pp and had a big baby! Also this will resolve incontinence if this is a issue for you 😉

I looked down there at 3 weeks and it looked tore up 😬. I’m 6 weeks PP today and it looks more “back to normal”. It for sure looks different since I had a baby with a 2nd degree tear. There’s a couple spots that look “loose” so I’ll ask at my Tuesday appointment. 🙃

Girl same lmao. I looked yesterday and it’s just... an open hole. 🤯 I’m 5 weeks PP. I really hope it goes back.
