Please help... long quarantine ahead..

So long story short I’m a student athlete and one of my teammates just tested positive for covid. We were all “exposed” and now we are stuck in quarantine for 14 days. I suffer from generalized anxiety disorder tagged along with emetophobia (fear of vomit) and this makes my daily life already a struggle. In normal circumstances I usually have a room to myself but now I’m stuck in a tiny apartment with two other girls for the next two weeks and I’m already very much struggling with my anxiety and depression. Any tips on mentally pushing through these next few weeks?? ☹️
