HELP working out how to get rid of this

So I have this rash kind of thing that originally started between my boobs and then went to my back and now back to my chest and idk how to get rid of it and I hate it. These

pictures aren’t very good but it’s like red makes on my chest that seem almost dry. If anyone’s had this or knows what it is I would really appreciate the help. Thanks
