Brown spotting and light cramping 5 weeks - has anyone had this? What was your outcome? I’m so nervous!

I am 5 weeks and when I wiped yesterday morning I noticed some light brown spotting on the toilet paper. The picture is from after it had dried (it was lighter when fresh). I have also had some light cramping. The spotting was only for a couple minutes (and only when I wiped) and now it’s completely stopped. The cramping is also better. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was still a very strong positive. What do you ladies think? I can’t get in to my doctor until tomorrow since it’s Sunday.
