Just my luck I guess

My boyfriend and I have been trying to get pregnant for 5 months now. We still have not gotten pregnant. My best friend and her new boyfriend, had sex 3 times without protection over the course of a month. Her period is a day late so she took a test. It was positive. I’m just really upset that she has only had sex for one month but I’ve been having sex with my boyfriend for a long time and she gets pregnant. I’m losing hope. I have painful bladder syndrome, and hypothyroidism. I don’t think the problem is with my boyfriends swimmers, because he got his ex pregnant 2 years before me. She had a miscarriage though, so I don’t know.
