Would you stay?

Question

My boyfriend has a terrible temper. Especially with our kids. I have tried therapy or just calmly trying to tell him what he could change in regards to talking to our kids.. nothing works. He  is very patient with the baby, but our older child gets the worst of it. He has ADHD, sensory processing disorder and ODD making him a difficult child to handle.. but my boyfriend has no patience. He yells and cusses at him constantly and has gotten semi-physical with him before. 
I feel terrible for my kids and I get so mad at my boyfriend. He thinks his temper is not an issue, but it is a huge issue. I told him I am thinking of leaving and he said I was being ridiculous and that THAT would ruin the kids more than he is.
What are your thoughts on this? Should I leave or keep trying?

Id leave. Kids are more important. You are currently teaching them to tolerate abuse.

I would leave for the sake of my kids. It does not sound like a healthy environment and while I'm no psychologist, I'm sure the yelling is having an effect on the older child. Good luck!

If he’s not willing to try and fix it I wouldn’t keep my child in that situation.

If he thinks it's not an issue he's not going to address it. I'd leave.

Why are you asking this question? The first time he got physical with your child you should’ve left. Your job as their mother is to protect your children.

I would leave because that abuse is inexcusable and he shouldn’t be talking to a child that way. It’s only a matter of time before the baby gets older and then gets the same treatment.
He has patience when he wants. That’s clear.
Leave but don’t give him a heads up about it. It will only turn into a bigger argument in front of them and they don’t need that.

LEAVE! He will never admit to having an issue and getting physical with a child that medically requires different parenting is inexcusable. I would bring it to court as well. Have a judge mandate he get anger management in order to see his children as well.
