So I have implant nexplanon. I haven’t had a period since march. I randomly got spotting yesterday and today pretty much nothing, but my pelvic feels like it’s having a major attack! Anyone experienced this with nexplanon? I was told expect changes in periods but I never imagined I’d get spotting with major cramping 😫
