What ab exercises are safe at 15 weeks

This week my weight gain is really starting to bother me. It just feels like a 2-3 inch fat layer around my whole abdomen with no sign of a bump. Not sure if it is related to having a girl or what but this is not looking like it’s gonna be a belly only pregnancy...

Any ideas on what can tone my back, love handles and thin this layer of fat? I just started getting a little energy back and usually jog, incline treadmill or do barre. Any short an workouts or recommendations before my self esteem tanks?
