Thankyou gift for Hubby

Hi, Does anyone have some super cool but meaningful gifts on a budget to get hubby when he already pretty much has everything. We are 28 weeks with bub #2 & past 5 days have been a huge rollercoaster ride with pregnancy complications & a 2 year going through the terrible twos stage.

I just want to give him something to show how much I appreciate him & how lucky I am to have him by my side. He has shown me how much of a rock he is & I couldnt honestly imagine going through this with anyone else more supportive. I do live in Australia to help being able to get something more local. TIA
