Hey everyone! So about three weeks ago I gave birth to my sweet baby. I have a four week follow up appointment in a week they scheduled it for four weeks after labor. The weird thing is it’s a video appointment... has anyone else had this? I had a normal vaginal delivery and only a couple stitches as they had to make a small cut to get the shoulders through. As I was being discharged even the nurse thought that was really weird that it was video as she said “how do you check on stitches healing over video?” And that got me thinking the doctor better not be expecting me to hold my phone camera down there... is it normal to have a four week follow up or is it normally six weeks? Also was yours in person or video?
