I need help!!

So I posted yesterday that I’ve been getting a VFL on the Amazon pregmate pregnancy test. I took one this morning at 12 DPO, and I see the faint line, but I took a first response test and it says negative. I’m so confused and I have no idea whether I’m pregnant or not. My doctor told me since I had a chemical (miscarriage) at the beginning of this month, that as soon as I got a positive, I should come in and get my levels checked. Should I call my doctor?
