Tell me I'm crazy

Guys I need someone to talk me down right now. I had an early miscarriage in June. Since then I've been on folic acid, birth control, and prenatals. About a week or so ago I started bleeding even though I was on birth control (only when I wipe, going back and forth between pink/red and dark dark brown). It hasn't stopped, but my fertility clinic said this is fine its just breakthrough bleeding.

Ever since I started bleeding I've had crazy vivid dreams and even a couple about positive pregnancy tests. My son has also been super clingy, and hes started bending over and looking backward between his legs. These are old wives tales lol but just feeding my insanity about this.

I sleep on my stomach and the last few days I've felt almost bruised and sore in my lower abdomen when I wake up in the morning and throughout the day.

I have blocked tubes. With TIMED intercourse the chance we conceive naturally is near 0. We've only had sex a few times since June because my emotions are out of control.

I'm PROBABLY going to go purchase a pregnancy test today to get this out of my head because I feel absolutely nuts. But I wanted to share with you guys and get your thoughts.
