Birth control and sex

So I had unprotected sex last month one day before my ovulation started but he didn’t cum inside. It took him a while to cum and and he came in my mouth. But since we didn’t use any form of protection obviously I would be kinda scared and my period starts in two days but I started taking birth control last week on Thursday so idk if that will delay it or if I should be freaking out plus my boobs look bigger than usual. Idk if it’s for the birth control because it just happened recently. So I need help or advice.
