8 week miscarriage - needing some input ☹️ *TMI*
Hey Ladies!
I have had 2 previous healthy pregnancies (10yo & 7yo). Started TTC again in February 2019, and became pregnant March 2020. I ended up miscarrying around 5-6 weeks. Hcg levels didn’t rise properly in the very beginning, heart rate was seen but was only 67bpm and i sadly lost baby a few days later. My body naturally miscarried, and no D&C was needed. My doctor cleared us to start trying again after my bleeding subsided.

To our surprise, I became pregnant almost right away, with my first positive on August 4. Hcg levels were rising well (unlike last time), and doctor seemed pretty confident this would carry on to be a viable pregnancy. I started having cramps on August 27 (7w2d), started spotting on August 29 (7w4d), and passed tissue [[first picture]] on August 31 (8 weeks). The next morning, September 1, i passed what i believe was the embryo [[second picture]]. Doctor is running hCG levels, and will have results back tomorrow. I’m positive we are losing this baby too.
After examining the tissue in his office, my doctor seems to think these are NOT actually the sac or embryo. Everything has been sent off to the lab for testing.
Can anyone please tell me what they think?
My miscarriage in May came out intact in the sac, so I never saw anything beyond that.
Just really wanting opinions or comparisons to what others have passed, and if you think this may be baby?
Thank you so much!
