Beachbody 21 day fix or LIIFT4?

For those who have tried them... 21 day fix or LIIFT 4? 🤔 I’m 7 weeks pp.

Both are great!! More weights/hiit in lift4 and I would say more diversity in workouts in 21 day fix (cardio, weights, yoga, Pilates). Also liift4 has slightly longer workouts. If you want to stick to 30 minutes or less, 21 day fix.

Can you get BOD (Beachbody on demand) then you have tons of options for your workouts and can pick the programs you like.

MBF is my favorite so far but I started with Barre Blend.

Have you been checked or checked for ab separation? 
I started Beachbody 21 day fix before checking and actually separated my abs further 🙄
If you have ab separation they have ways to modify the work outs and work outs to help heal the abs. Every time someone pp mentions beach body I think of my poor belly getting worse 😂
