Makeup from Sephora or Ulta?

So I haven’t bought new makeup since Thanksgiving of last year and I’m ready to go drop some money in prep for maternity pics coming up. I plan on going to Ulta and Sephora and could use a little of everything. Drug store or Target works too!

What’s your fav brand/product??

Cheap-average price is desired since I plan on buying multiple products this trip!

I have moderate-oily skin, yellow undertones, grey/blue eyes, terrible under eye circles and bags, and deal with black heads on my nose and chin. I have very sensitive skin and can’t tolerate much with scents or harsh drying chemicals.
