IUI and Blood Test?

Did anyone get a positive blood test after IUI and not feel pregnant at all? I knew with my son I was pregnant before gettjng a positive test. So many symptoms!!

We are trying for #2 and just did our first round of IUI. My blood test is tomorrow and I am trying not to get my hopes up because I just don't feel pregnant, and my cheap at home strips have all been negative . I just want to know if anyone felt the same and then got a positive on the bloodwork?
