Toddler HATES his teeth being brushed. Advice?

My son is 2 and has always hated his teeth being brushed, he will scream and use all his strength to try and get away. I'm always gentle with him when I try and brush them and I've even tried to make a game out of to try try and make it fun for him. Literally nothing I've done has worked and he still screams. It makes me feel so bad, I need advice. 😩

My son is almost 4 and even though I let him do it on his own once in awhile I have to get in there and make sure it’s right... he also hates it. Try a softer toothbrush or tasty paste

Try ti let him do it on his own some? My sons is 26 months and almost every fight and tantrum is because he wants to try on his own.

Try getting 2 brushes, he holds one, you hold the other, he goes first. We have better luck with the banana teether brush.

I gave my kids vitamin gummys they're a nice treat n dont get in the teeth

We take turns. She brushes, them we get more water and then we brush, and she brushes again.
