When I was nursing my daughter on occasion I’d have a single drink and not pump and dump. But if your baby isn’t going to be with you you’ll have to pump to keep your supply up.

Yes you can have alcohol but if baby isn’t gonna be with you then you have to pump. If baby is with you then drink after nursing and then wait like 2 hours 🤷🏻‍♀️
