4 weeks postpartum bleeding

is it normal to still be having stringy smelly orange lochia 1 month postpartum?? i still have to wear a pad every day and today i passed this. i’m wondering if it’s retained placenta?? i’m kind of cramping now but maybe that’s bc i was straining to use the bathroom 🤦‍♀️ sorry tmi.
