My 3 year old can understand stand everything I say( for the most part) he can follow instructions (when he wants to) but he doesn’t talk clearly he will tell me cookie or ask why and stuff like that but most of what he says isn’t understandable.

He knows his abc and 123’s and even does the sounds of letter with YouTube video. I talked to his doctor about they didn’t say anything. I haven’t took him to the doctor again due to COVID but he’s turn 4 in a couple months and I want to put him in preschool. Some people said he may be autistic (not doctors just people around use) but I don’t think he is. He doesn’t everything else only issue is his speech and potty training which I’m not to concerned about .
