How do you deal with two miscarries in three months and try like hell to not let your other kids know what is going on because I don’t want them to worry about me! All I want to do is crawl in a hole and cry but for them I put on a smile and pretend that everything is fine! By the way they didn’t know I was even pregnant ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
