TWW- IUI #1

My husband and I have been trying for 3 years and 3 months. Last August we had a chemical pregnancy. We are unexplained infertility. I ovulate naturally, his SA has come back normal (twice once in 2018 and again in 2020). I do not have blocked tubes (HSG test). My hormone levels are completely normal and my AMH is 3.06. I have a normal 27-29 day cycle.

We finally decided to try IUI.

We used letrozole 5mg CD3-CD7 along with baby aspirin, z-pick, prednisone, and prenatals. I start progesterone 9/4.

Monday 8/31 I triggered and we did IUI Tuesday 9/1

I ended up with 3 mature follicles and the nurse said his numbers looked great! Keeping our fingers crossed we’re lucky enough this works the first time!
