Single moms - how do you afford everything??

I’m 23 and currently 12 weeks pregnant. I left my relationship on Sunday due to abuse. We lived together and had been engaged, so I’m staying with family until I can find a good place to rent for me, the baby, and my dog and cat.
I’m looking into child care costs to prepare a budget so financially I can know what to expect and I am so completely overwhelmed. I have a good job that pays very well for my age and area, but with the costs of childcare averages are saying I don’t know how I’ll be able to afford everything. Originally my ex fiancé and I had considered me going to work part time so I could stay home with the baby and not have to afford childcare, but obviously that’s not really an option now. Good childcare in my area is very expensive, and the state average is it being 28% of my paycheck after taxes. 
My family works, so while maybe there could be 2 days a week they could babysit, I’m still going to be spending a large portion of my income on childcare. That’s not even taking into account food, clothing, rent, medical bills (like I just found out yesterday that even with insurance giving birth can cost like $4-9k!!) 
I’d been planning on having a baby with my partner and together we would have been fine. But now trying to plan to do this all alone - how do you single moms afford all of this??

So they actually make Daycare stipends and the government will help pay for your daycare if you make under a certain amount

There are actually a lot of resources for baby and mom when it comes to costs of providing for little one! You can message me if you want and I can send you some links/programs to help in whatever area your in! 
I always tell women there’s always a big community willing to help you and your babies no matter the situation! Especially single mommas. :)

Have the father help you or his family. He can watch the baby sometimes too. Or just have him pay part of the daycare. 2 days out the week family can have the baby. Another few days a week have the father help you or a friend help you. Then, whatever days left over hire a babysitter. Babysitters are cheaper than a daycare. Only pick someone you trust to be a babysitter. With my son my mom watched him all the time so I could work 2 jobs. That's the only way I had money, car, and my own place. You also can get help from the government. It takes time to get approved and time to get the vouchers. Wic pays for formula, baby food, and fruits/veggies.

State funded daycare so you can get a job or go back to school. Financial aid for college. Wic. Food stamps. Welfare. Section 8 or transitional housing. Medicaid for insurance. Free or reduced lunch for school aged kids. Catholic charities can help with energy and rental assistance also. There’s tons of resources out there, you just have to reach out. Most churches and woman’s community centers or shelters offer free counseling as well.
