Breastfeeding support UK

I was wondering who I would speak to about breastfeeding support? Is it my health visitor? Bub is now 13 days old and I've been pumping and giving him bottled breastmilk since he was 4 days as my flat nipples meant the latch was awful and I was in really bad pain.. I'm now keen on trying again as I would prefer he get the milk directly from my breast than in a bottle but I am so worried I'll experience that pain again and need help getting a good latch..
