Recommendations for Prenatal vitamins without biotin?
Currently taking Spring Valley Prenatal tablets. Love them because they are without biotin and biotin makes me break out like crazy, however I was just told that Spring Valley isn’t the best/most reputable company for prenatals.
Any other recommendations of prenatals without biotin ?
