Second time breastfeeding

I had my baby 3 days ago and my milk is in and he seems to be doing great. I'm working on getting the latch better but that's the only little challenge. Has anyone else ever have the experience after breastfeeding the first time that your milk just keeps coming? I can't stop leaking through my layers of breast pads and clothes. I've been trying to use a collector and had to pump once too. They constantly feel full too. Anyone else deal with this the second time around? I don't remember this from the first time (2.5 years ago). I'm hoping my body will start to regulate when and how much it makes again
