Questions for mommies (sorry I’m asking so many)
Who was your support person during labor and after? I was informed by the hospital where I’m at that I can only have one person in the room with me it use to be 2 but due to this COVID it keeps going back and forth between 2 and 1 eight now it stands at 1, I was also informed that there can be no rotation of different people coming to visit me (Only that one person can come and go as they please and stay the night). Now where I’m getting concerned at is I know dad wants to be there but My step mother also wants to be in there to as far as womanly support and knowing the signs to check for if something goes wrong which is something my other half has not had experience in and neither have I judging by the fact that this is my first child I’m kind of stuck on who should be in there with me when the time comes, I want both to be in there with me in all honesty but I can only make one decision. I don’t want dad getting overwhelmed or passing out or walking out because he can’t bare it and then I’m in there by myself (well with the nurses that I don’t know). So my question is just as the top says who was your support person during and after labor and why? Who were you more comfortable with being in there with you during the whole experience? How did it benefit you?
