Uti? Help!

So I’ve already made an appointment with my dr but it’s not until Wednesday, so I need some advice in the inbetween time. I’ve never had a uti before so idk if that’s what this is or not, but I constantly feel like I need to pee and it’s just a constant burning feeling. I bought some urinary relief pills from Walgreens and when I first took them I could definitely tell they were helping but they ware off pretty quickly. But after I took them when I went to pee later my pee was straight up yellow, and I went to wipe and a whole bunch of yellow was on the toilet paper? Not sure if that’s normal or not and I’m really confused
