Does this outfit look too busy?

I was talking to my sister and she told me that the patterned crop top combo with the sweater made the outfit look busy and she didn’t like it. Thoughts?

I honestly don’t notice it being 2 different patterns. All I notice is the different color pallet. The blue top with the blue jeans looks cute but the gray is more muted and not as bright at the blues. A white sweater would make the blues pop!

Gray cant make something busy lol. I would swap out the gray for white, or pink maybe. And change the bandana for baby blue. Its a super cute/casual outfit though so its not that serious

I just don’t think the colors go together and the pattern from the shirt to the sweater. If the shirt was solid white it’d be super cute!

I don’t think it’s about the patterns and I don’t think busy is the right word. 
But the sweater doesn’t compliment this outfit at all, and I think this is because of its actual material. A sweater in the same color that was made of a summer fabric would be fine IMO, but I wouldn’t personally wear this ensemble for the reason I mentioned above. 
You still look cute though.
