Almost 3 months late

I'm very confused.

About 2 weeks after I was supposed to get my period, I took a pregnancy test that had faint lines that showed up after 30 seconds. Then I went to the doctor to do a blood test, plus a urine test and both were negative. But I'm still not having a period. I was having period like cramps and bad lower back pain, and then a week ago I had the tiniest bit of blood when I wiped. But now I'm only having light pinching feeling in my pelvic area, waiting for a period.

I'm 88 days late, 2 days away from 3 months.

I need advice. Im not sure what's happening or what to do now.
