New to Letrozole

Hey y’all! My BF and I have been TTC for a year now, I will be 32 next month and this would be my first pregnancy ever. My fertility doctor just placed us on a round of Letrozole and almost made it seem like it would happen almost immediately. He gave me the impression that conception would occur within the next 4 months. I have done a lot of research on google, but I really need to hear some success stories! How long did you take Letrozole? And how long were you TTC before it was successful?!
