Water broke this morning 3:30am... in hospital still waiting labour

Just had my first lot of antibiotics because it’s been 18 hours since my water broke. I’ve been having regular tightenings all day with “cramps”.. you could say very mild contractions but not enough to kick start labour properly.

Yesterday I lost some of my plug and have continued to today.

But that is it... just really hoping real labour starts soon before they want to put me on syntocin. I’ve had such an easy pregnancy it feels disappointing that I’ve had to start medication :(

My belly is tired just from the cramping all day with nothing more. Also trying to get some sleep but haven’t been able to nod off all day.

Just thought I’d share current happenings in case anyone else in similar position.
