Is this something you would be worried about ?

My opk strips have been all over the place this month . I usually get a positive days 19-20 . It’s my second month on all the supplements my doctor put me on . It looked like I was getting a positive on CD 16 but it started going down CD 17 . Yet some how I got a peak on my clear blue advance it had to be false because, I just got a super super positive test yesterday and my temps finally dropped and shot up . Please let me know what you think.
