Losing My Virginity

Hey y’all, Im 17 years old. I’ve lost my virginity almost a month ago to the love of my life. Someone I’ve known & liked & vice versa, for 7 years, we are truly in love & in an official relationship. We were like this even before we had sex (in love & in a relationship)❤️. However, my mother is unaware that we had sex, do y’all think i should tell her? & When should i tell her? I want to, but Im scared of the aftermath. I don’t know what she’d say/do🙁
