Any advise ?

i’m getting induced friday and i’m trying everything to get this baby out before then i just don’t feel like my baby / body is ready so i don’t think nothing is going to work ... any advice ?

today, the 6th, is actually my due date. i’m 40 weeks. i have done EVERYTHING people suggested since i was 36 weeks. i haven’t dilated at all and he hasn’t dropped the slightest bit. i have a appointment in 2 days and i’m praying she induces me. 🤦🏽‍♀️ i feel like my body isn’t ready as well or either the fact he’s just too big. i completely understand how frustrating it is. 🤦🏽‍♀️ when people said babies come when they’re ready, they weren’t lying lol.

I wish. Ive tried everything. Had some real good contractions for 5 hours last night but once again false labor 🙄 I've given up on trying to get her out.

All I can suggest is the normal stuff. Walking, sex, squats, nipple stimulation. Ive read warm baths can help your body relax and dialate. Ill be doing all today minus the sex because my husband is bugging me Im so annoyed by everything right now lol. Iv been soooo sure baby would be born by now but she's not budging.

In a similar predicament. I’ve been walking about 2 miles every day including curb walking. I think that has helped the most to get baby in a better position because I feel a lot more pelvic pressure. But I’ve also been eating dates, sex a couple days a week, squats, bouncing and rolling on my yoga ball. Even tried the breast pump for a little while but still pregnant 😩

I’m with you, either getting induced or having a second section on Friday at 40+1 and this baby really doesn’t seem like it’s wanting to budge at all! I’ve tried everything and nothing works! Fingers crossed everything happens naturally for you before Friday!

Some babies need to be forced out lol I've tried walking and everything and nothing is even happening so I think I'll make it to whatever induction date he sets 😅
