Sciatic nerve pain

Currently 38+4 and experiencing horrible pain in my right lower back/hip area that is going down to my leg the last couple days. It’s making it hard to walk and is constant. I’ve tried stretching, my hub rubbed me, Tylenol and a hot epsom salt bath - nothing is making this pain go away. Any advice? Should I call my doctor?
