When to use clear blue advance digital with how many weeks?

Hi all,
I've seen on here that this test doesn't work very early on. I'm 10 days post ov and have a vfl on a strip test. My period is due on Friday. When am I best using the digital one so not to waste a £13 test 😂.
 I'm so impatient but don't want to get my hubbies hopes up until I have a test that says it in words to show him. Thanks

Mine worked on day period was due after taking cheap test but couple months later found out it’s  twins so it does work

I would wait till period is due, just to be sure, keep using the cheap tests to see if line gets darker, congratulations!

I’m in the same position two days vfl in a row but 11dpo :( I’m going to buy a Clearblue digital today buuut I hope I can reatrain myself to test around 13/14dpo if my period hasn’t shown by then (I usually get my period 12/13dpo). Sooo don’t know if that helps you at all but know that you’re not alone :D:D
